What are the conditions if hiring a car with your company?
The following is information regarding the terms and conditions when renting a car in Bali, both self-drive car rental and car rental with a driver.

Our daily self-driving tariffs below are inclusive of car damage coverage insurance, unlimited mileage in around Bali and 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.

- Is there an additional cost for the car delivery and pick-up?
Free car delivery and collect at any particular areas in Kuta, Seminyak, Denpasar Airport, Nusa dua, Canggu, Jimbaran. Additional cost USD 12 for delivery and collection in Tanag Lot, Ubud center, USD 35 for delivery Gilimanuk, Pemuteran, Lovina, Amed, Tulamben. Additional cost USD 20 for delivery to Padang Bay area. - How much additional cost if I want to hire a car with a driver?
Our drivers have a license to drive and English speaking well, additional cost to hire a car with a driver is USD 15 (max 10 hours). If you will stay at Lovina, Pemuteran, Tulamben, and Candi Dasa, we will provide English Speaking Driver. Driver cost for Bali round trip is USD 25.00 per day. It is including accommodation, food, and beverage. - Can we pay using a credit card?
Yes we accept a payment by credit card (Visa or Master Card).
- What should I do if I have an accident or damaged cars on the road?
You should call your local police station to report if the accident involved another party. If the accident itself you can directly contact us. We will send people to check the damage. We will replace the car if needed. Although all of our car insurance is covered, renters are required to pay an administration fee of USD 50. Self drive car rental rates include car damage coverage with overpayment of at least USD 50 to USD 1000, depending on the damage to the car.
- Is a car in a good condition?
All our cars are in good condition and well maintained. We have a team mechanic and private workshop, and we always perform regular maintenance for every car. Prior to submission, the car will be checked again and washed clean.
- Is automatic transmission car available for rent?
Bali Hire Car.com also provides a range of cars with an automatic transmission for hiring. We have Toyota Agya in automatic gear, Toyota Avanza with automatic transmission, Toyota Innova with automatic transmission, and many more automatic cars, which are all the latest versions of the car. We offer rental rates for cars with automatic transmission only slightly more expensive than a manual car.
