Term and Condition for Car Hire With Bali Driver

  • The rates are included an air condition car, an English-speaking Bali driver, and gasoline/petrol, excluding parking fee, entrance ticket, toll, and or other local retribution.
  • No additional charge in case the vehicle has to wait due to the delay of arrival flight maximum of 1 (one) hour.
  • The type of usage charge will be settled based on the reservation in advance.
  • There is an additional charge (empty run) for start and finish outside of Denpasar Airport, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua as below:
    • Ubud and Tanah Lot, and Candidasa area will be an extra charge for 2 hours price.
    • Lovina, Gilimanuk, Pemuteran, Tulamben, and Amed areas will be an extra charge for 4 hours price..
  •  Accommodation and meal fee will be applied for Bali overnight round trip.
  • Charter 5 hours is valid for city tour.
  • Rates are valid for using car in Bali Island only.

Hire Bali Car Self Drive

  • Renter must be at least 18 years old or over and has an International Driving License or Tourist Driving License for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.
  • The hire rate is inclusive of car damage coverage with own excess damage payment minimum of USD 50 and a maximum of USD 1000 depending on the car damage condition. Price is NOT included in personal insurance and TPL (third-party liability) insurance.
  • Self-drive rental rates are for 24 hours a day excluding petrol. In the event of additional hours, the customer (renter) will be charged US$ 4 per-hour. If wish to extend using of the car, the customer (renter) should inform the car rental company not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise, the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the customer (renter) does not inform the rental company more than 48 hours after the expiry date and time, the rental company has the right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk and action taken by the police department will be the renter responsible.
  • The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter, mentioned in the contract.
  • The customer (renter) will be fully responsible for any damage, or theft of the car or part of it if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.) and or driving the car under control conditions (drunk).
  • It is not permitted to drive a car outside of Bali Island without the approval of the car rental company.
  • The baby car seat is available on request. This extra service will be charged for it.
  • Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in full, in cash, or by credit card upon signing of the contract.
  • Payment made in cash US Dollars, a bank-notes year prior to 2020, or marked would not be accepted, as the Bank and Money Changer would not accept them.
  • Customer (renter) wishes to return the vehicle before the end of the contract period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. The one-day rental charge will be charged to the renter who cancels their reservation less than 24 hours or on the delivery day.
